Masterclass in Scientific Writing (21 - 23 November 2017) 17 CME

The Masterclass in Scientific Writing is an advanced scientific workshop dedicated to learning how to write critically and appraise scientific articles and abstracts.

Target audience

Young anaesthesiologists who already have some experience in the clinical research field and are clearly motivated in their choice of an academic path for their medical career in the future.

The course is open to all ESA Members who speak and write English fluently, already have some publications in their native language and are making recognised efforts to develop their scientific writing skills.

Learn by doing

The programme contains a series of lectures and workshops during which participants will apply the knowledge learnt during lectures through practical exercises. The Faculty will consist of international experts in scientific medical writing who received outstanding evaluation by attendees of the previous course.

This Masterclass is granted 17 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).

The Masterclass will be held from Tuesday 21 to Thursday 23 November 2017.

Application are open to full ESA members: active, affiliate, trainee members 

Registration to this Masterclass is subject to availability, and applicants are selected on the principle “first come, first served”.

Fee

Administrative Fee is asked to confirm registration. No other fee will be charged.

Registration fee is 300 EUR.

Registration fee for Reduced Fee countries* is 180 EUR (=60% of regular price)

Registration Fees are non-refundable.

What does the fee include?

Lunch is provided.

Accommodation

Participants have to cover the costs of their onsite accommodation. A list of recommended hotels will be provided.
